Day-to-Day Care:

  1. Rinse: Rinse in cold water after each use to remove residues and maintain elasticity.
  2. Wash: When possible, machine wash at 30°C with similar colors using mild detergent to thoroughly remove residues.
  3. Dry: Air dry flat, out of direct sunlight. Avoid dryers, radiators, and wringing to preserve shape, color, and stretch.

Long-Term Care Tips:

  1. Rough Surfaces: Prevent snagging by being careful around rough surfaces.
  2. Heat: Hot tubs, saunas, and hot springs can impact the integrity of the material and color.

Our Online Return Policy

At Sultre Boutique Online, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason, you can initiate a return to ship your item(s) back as long as the item(s) you are returning are not final sale. We accept returns for a refund back to your original form of payment or a store credit as long as the merchandise is shipped back to us within 14 days of your delivery date. 

After 14 days, we accept returns for store credit only on full priced items only as long as the merchandise is shipped back to us within 30 days of your purchase date. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

All bikinis are sold as sets. Sizes may be mix and matched to your desired size but all bikinis must be sold as sets.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged nor returned. All discounts, coupon codes, and offers must be applied at the time of purchase and may not be applied to previous orders.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all of the original tags and protective layers still attached. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery or the return might not be approved. Once received back to us, all items will be inspected. 

If approved, your refund or store credit will be issued within 7 business days with a deduction of $13.98 for your return + handling fees. We also offer a free-return option that must be selected at checkout. Sultre is not responsible for carrier delays or loss, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
