Our Online Return Policy
Effective on orders placed online only starting 11/13/2024
At Sultre Boutique Online, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason, you can initiate a return to ship your item(s) back as long as the item(s) you are returning are not final sale. We accept returns for a refund back to your original form of payment or a store credit as long as the merchandise is shipped back to us within 14 days of your delivery date.
After 14 days, we accept returns for store credit only on full priced items only as long as the merchandise is shipped back to us within 30 days of your purchase date. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged nor returned. All discounts, coupon codes, and offers must be applied at the time of purchase and may not be applied to previous orders.
To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all of the original tags and protective layers still attached. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery or the return might not be approved. Once received back to us, all items will be inspected.
If approved, your refund or store credit will be issued within 7 business days with a deduction of $13.98 for your return + handling fees. We also offer a free-return option that must be selected at checkout. Sultre is not responsible for carrier delays or loss, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Shipping Methods
Standard Ground: FREE
Delivery for Standard Ground is within 5 business days if ordered by 12:00 PM ET Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Subject to any additional anti-fraud screening.
2 Day Shipping: $10.00
Next day is only available on orders placed before 12:00 PM ET Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Subject to any additional anti-fraud screening.
In-Store Pick Up: Complimentary
Enjoy complimentary in-store pickup. We will notify you when your order is ready for in-store pick up in Winter Park, Florida. Signature required upon pick-up.
Processing Time
We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
