OUR RETURN POLICY
Full priced items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of purchase. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. All discounts, coupon codes, and offers must be applied at the time of purchase and may not be applied to previous orders.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all of the original tags and protective layers still attached. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery or the return might not be approved. Once received back to us, all items will be inspected.
INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, log in to your customer account using the email associated with your order. Once we receive the return request, we will get back to you within 24-48 business hours with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If approved, a return label will be issued with a $10 deduction from your return amount & a store credit will be issued within 7 business days. Sultre is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
