OUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Effective on orders placed online only starting 12/18/2023

At Sultre Boutique Online, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason, you can request a return label to ship your item(s) back within 14 days of delivery either for a refund to your original form of payment or a store credit. After 14 days, we accept returns for store credit only on full priced items only as long as the merchandise is shipped back to us within 30 days of your purchase date. 

All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged nor returned. All discounts, coupon codes, and offers must be applied at the time of purchase and may not be applied to previous orders.

To be eligible for a return or store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all of the original tags and protective layers still attached. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery or the return might not be approved. Once received back to us, all items will be inspected. 

If approved, a return label will be issued with a $10 deduction from your return amount & a refund or store credit will be issued within 7 business days. Sultre is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, log in to your customer account using the email associated with your order. Once we receive the return request, we will get back to you within 24-48 business hours with instructions for how to return items from your order.
