Returns

Full priced items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of delivery. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all of the original tags and protective layers still attached. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery or the return might not be approved. Once received back to us, all items will be inspected. 

If approved, a return label will be issued with a $10 deduction from your return amount & a store credit will be issued within 7 business days. Sultre is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

All discounts, coupon codes, and offers must be applied at the time of purchase and may not be applied to previous orders. 

To initiate a return, please contact info@sultre.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
